Rebranding a hundred year old church to reflect its progressiveness while respecting its roots, calls for a great deal of care on the creative side and an equal measure of courage on the client side.
Eglinton St. George's United Church (now ESG... I KNOW! Pretty brave client, right?) has a demographic that is 18 to 90+. They look at church in a whole new way. Yes it's about traditional worship but it's also about individual expression and discovery. A place where, as my tagline promises, you can Discover. Your Way.
Of note: This first headline, the jazz one... when I presented it to the board I assumed it would never fly, but I was testing how far they would go. When they loved it, I knew they would let the work be great. And they did. Wonderful people there.
